After 15 incredible years as the Seacoast Seadogs, we’re taking our program to the next level. Introducing New England Elite — a tournament team pulling together the best players from across our league, which has over 4,000 participants throughout the year!

We'll have teams in every age division, including coed and girls' teams, giving everyone a chance to compete at the highest level. Why play for another team when you can represent your home league and teammates under the Patriots NFL Flag banner?

Tryout registration opens October 22nd, with tryouts happening in early January. Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of something special!

Coaching Excellence:
We are looking for dedicated coaches who are committed to developing players and leading teams to success. Each coach will specialize in one age division, ensuring maximum focus and performance. Head Coaches receive a $350 stipend, and their children play for free. We will be taking head coaching applications at the end of October.
Player & Coach Commitment:
Both players and coaches must commit to competing in at least one NFL Flag Football Regional tournament. Full dedication is required to ensure a cohesive and successful team.

New England Elite is designed for players and coaches who are ready to elevate their game and compete at the highest level in local and regional tournaments. This is not a rec league. It’s a tournament-focused program that requires total commitment, a dedication to excellence, and a desire to win championships.

Why New England Elite?

Patriots NFL Flag Legacy: As one of the longest-running NFL Flag Leagues in the country, Patriots NFL Flag is entering its 19th year. With multiple leagues in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, we’ve built a reputation for excellence, having produced Division 1 football players and serving over 4,000 participants each year.

Head Coaches- Unlike rec seasons, coaches will be evaluated based on their registration answers on whether they will be a good fit for this competitive style format, not everyone who registers to coach will be selected as experience is paramount. The more people who register to coach will allow us to create the best coaching staffs.

Our mission is to develop a premier competitive flag football program that emphasizes teamwork, dedication, and skill development. We believe in fostering a culture of excellence where both players and coaches commit fully to training for success. Our focus goes beyond winning; it’s about building strong, cohesive teams that compete at the highest level in local and regional tournaments while growing together through hard work and commitment.

Players will receive a full set of custom uniforms and belts, including backpacks. Membership includes a Registration fee for the New England Patriots Regional Tournament.

Parents will be responsible for any additional registration fees and any other fees for other tournaments. Coaches may enter several other tournaments which will be the responsibility of the player/parents.

Coaches will choose the tournaments, expect several additional tournaments throughout the year.
